Over the past 40 years, it has been committed to the development of the functional polymer materials industry, focusing on the three major directions of "integration of special coatings industry, styrene thermoplastic elastomers, and transdermal drug delivery industry", and has successively won honors such as high-tech enterprises, national intellectual property advantage enterprises, and provincial specialized and new enterprises. In order to meet the needs of global development, the group will move its headquarters to Qingdao Modern Financial Technology Industrial Park in June 2023, opening a new pattern of Qingdao R&D and operation center and Dongying production center running side by side. In the thermoplastic elastomer sector, SINGAL  TECH.GR, as the drafting unit of the SIS industry standard and a domestic private production enterprise, has filled the gap in the domestic transdermal patch pharmaceutical excipient market, breaking the technology monopoly of Japan and the United States, and becoming a domestic pharmaceutical-grade SIS professional manufacturer. At present, a medical SIS laboratory has been built, the GMP system certification has been completed, and the medical excipient industrialization base has been completed in Qingdao.

SINGAL  TECH.GR adheres to the gene of strengthening enterprises through scientific research, insists on the path of industry-university-research development, and has established the Shandong Provincial Water-based Special Coatings Engineering Technology Research Center, the Functional Polymer Material Water-based Technology and Application Engineering Research Center, and the Provincial Enterprise Technology Center.
